Description of the calculation method

Q = F · q · δ · k · l · m · n · o · p

Q – productivity t/h;

где F – screen area, m2;

q – average productivity on 1 m2 of screen area, m3/h;

δ – the bulk density of the screening material, t/m3;

k, l, m, n, o, p – correction coefficientes.

The performance of multi-screen screens is calculated from the top and bottom screens. The effective working area of the lower screen is taken equal 0,7 · F

Instruction

1) Enter the screen productivity t/h.

2) Enter the bulk density of the screening material t/m3.

3) Select the number of screens of the screen from 1 to 3.

4) Select the size of the holes for the screens.

!Attention! When choosing size of the holes of the screens comply with the condition: The size of the holes of the screen №1 > The size of the holes of the screen №2 > The size of the holes of the screen №3.

5) Select percentage separation efficiency (from 40 to 98 %).

6) Select the shape grain.

7) Select material moisture.

8) Select the type of screening - dry/wet with water.

9) Set the distribution for all screens. Enter the percentage of grains in the material larger than the size of the holes of the screen (a1(+), a2(+), a3(+)). Enter the percentage of grains in the material less than the half size of the holes of the screen (a1(-), a2(-), a3(-)).

!Attention! The percentage of grains must be specified for the source material (from 0 to 100%). Comply with the condition:

a1(+)<a2(+)<a3(+)

a1(-)>a2(-)>a3(-)
